PM Holness has outlined the approach being taken to repair roads under the Shared Prosperity Through Accelerated Improvement to our Road Network (SPARK) Programme.

The Prime Minister stated that the Government and National Works Agency (NWA) will direct resources to roads that have “national strategic value”.

He explained further that half of the $40 billion budget under the programme set for roads has been designated for repairing community roads while the other half will be allocated to fix main roads.

PM Holness was speaking during the walk-through of the project site on Everest Drive in Harbour View on Monday (December 30).
