On December 30, 2024, the transformative SPARK Project officially broke ground with the commencement of works on Everest Drive in Harbour Heights (Bayshore Park), East Kingston.

Spanning approximately 1.1 km, this critical road serves a community of over 1,000 residents and was prioritized following community consultations.

The $45 billion initiative includes full road reconstruction, drainage solutions, and a limited sidewalk upgrade to address its previously poor state.
